This means that The Master Networker series covers basic networking principles with the purpose of developing a firm foundation for networking. "The Master Networker" will be void of information that will thrust you to a $90,000 income within 90 days or a $15,000 monthly income without doing any work. Why? Because that isn't how networking works. I've been in networking for twelve years, and I have yet to meet anyone who has obtained networking riches without working for it . . .especially $90,000 in ninety days. This series is about the real world of networking. ********************************************************************** HOW TO BUILD AN EMPIRE IN NETWORK MARKETING YOUR BUSINESS FOUNDATION It doesn't make much difference how long it takes to build an empire, except that the longer it takes will have a direct bearing on the amount of money that is needed for you to reach your goals. How solid you build your business foundation will be the overriding and determining factor in the development of your long-term income potential. Remember, you should be developing a residual income; it's one whereby your future depends on what you achieve today. SPONSOR YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS You must always sponsor at least three or four achievers. In other words, you must sponsor people who, through their own efforts, achieve their goals. That says it all. Having accomplished that, you will have paid your dues and you will reap the residual rewards. That is not just a goal - it is an absolute must. Recruiting or sponsoring is the only answer. ----------------------------------------------------- Hope expectantly and confidently for the best, prepare cautiously and dilligently for the worst, enjoy fully and gratefully today's in between. - William Arthur Ward- ----------------------------------------------------- However, there are many different ways to sponsor people into your business, such as: Internet connections (building relationships with people on the Internet, mailing letters, fliers or postcards; newspaper or magazine ads; radio or T.V. ads; fax broadcasting; and/or by selling superior products and then sponsoring your happy customers. I suggest that you sponsor people in as many different ways as you can think of, and do them all at the same time. The amount of effort that is required is not the same for everyone; however, what one person has to do to become successful is no different than what someone else has to do. Plain and simple, it's all work. You must - and I repeat - you must do whatever it takes to make things happen, and you must keep sponsoring until you reach the desired results. The desired results are, of course, to develop an organization so large that it still keeps on growing with or without you. Then and only then can you think about retiring. There is no magic to making money. It's all in what you do and how you do it. Your future will depend on what you do now. Remember this; sponsoring is the LIFELINE of your business until your business finally goes on automatic pilot. Your decision to no longer sponsor too soon in your business will kill your business . . slowly, but surely. Sponsor and keep sponsoring until your business is on automatic pilot. THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE Your initial goal in any program should be to become an ACHIEVER. You become an achiever whenever you make a net profit of over $100 for three months in a row. Your second goal should be to become an EMPIRE BUILDER or an organization builder; a person who communicates with their entire downline. Your third goal should be to become a SUPER ACHIEVER. You become a super achiever whenever you earn a net profit of over $1,000 for three months in a row. The experience of becoming an achiever, an empire buider and then a super achiever will change your life . . .as if a miracle had occurred . . some sort of magic. But the magic, of course, is within you. Fame and fortune will be all yours. You must be willing to give when there is no more to give; but when once achieved, you'll never let it go. It will enhance your life with self-confidence and self-esteem like never before. You will be looked upon as a leader. You will have captured the moment today and ensured your future tomorrow. You will have controlled the uncontrollable, achieved the impossible, and you'll have accomplished what so many want to accomplish but never do. You will have reached the UNREACHABLE STAR. A whole new world of excitement and adventure will be at your door step. Don't put off until tomorrow what you can achieve today, because AS A SUPER ACHIEVER, YOUR FUTURE STARTS TODAY! Dare you begin today? AMERICA - THE LAND OF OPPORTUNITY There was a time when empires were defined by land mass, subjugated peoples, and military might. The United States is unique because we are an empire of ideals. We are set apart by our faith in the ideals of free citizens, free markets and the extraordinary possibililities that lie within seemingly ordinary men and women. Webster's Dictionary states that "an achiever is a person who gains, attains, accomplishes and succeeds; a person who brings about a desired result by doing." ---------------------------------------------------- It's tough to climb the ladder of success, especially if you're trying to keep your nose to the grindstone, your shoulder to the wheel, your eye on the ball and your ear to the ground. - Anon- ----------------------------------------------------- TO BUILD AN EMPIRE . . . . . . you must, of course, be a special kind of person - a stemwinder, a person who goes after things; a wheeler and a dealer who makes things happen. Stemwinders are wheelers and dealers who continually communicate with their uplines, their downlines, their sidelines, even their friends, neighbors, relatives. These are the people that are going to make it big. It's not enough to just sponsor people and then hope that something will happen. It takes much more than that. It takes communication. Communication is another very important KEY to everone's success. You must encourage your downline members to work religiously and consistently towards their own goals. NOW is the time to plan ahead and to make hay while the sun shines. So why are their so few achievers? Is it because the opportunities are not there? Is it because businesses come and go? It is due to not having the right business-building tools and the right products? The answer is "NO . .NO . .NO!" The real stopper is OURSELVES! Dare we be afraid to achieve? Now we don't come right out and say "I'm afraid to be an achiever." What we actually say is "I can't be an achiever" and therein lies the problem. Our thinking transfers into actions . . or should I say "lack of action." You see, if we let our actions take control, our thinking will follow which will cause our thinking to positively control our actions. In this business, you must have a PASSION to succeed. To have that passion, you must have a motivating desire . . a goal . . a purpose . . . something you want so badly that you have such a passion to make it happen. That means eating, sleeping, working your chosen business. It means putting up pictures and sayings of what you want . . pasted all over your house and car to remind you of that goal. I am an example of that. I wanted out of my job so badly (not because it was a bad job, but because I was limited) that I had a deep passion to get out of it. I wanted it so badly I imagined it daily and nightly and more than that, I made it happen because I set up a plan of action to make it happen. Whether it takes you one year or ten years to reach your goal, that is alright. It's that goal and that passion that gets you through each day. This is all good, but . . . BEWARE! I can only say BEWARE! The people who love you the most probably won't share in your passion. They are your family . .the people who love you the most . .but be prepared because it will be your family and friends who will discourage you the most. It just doesn't make sense! Had I listened to my family, I would still be working for my bosses! Had I listened to my friends, I would still be complaining about going to work daily just like they are. Had I listened to my relatives, I would have been depressed due to not believing in myself because they didn't believe in me. It would be wonderful to have the support of family, friends and relatives, but don't count on it. I found my support from other networkers who had accomplished their goals and who shared the same passion that I had. I found my support from motivational speakers like Anthony Robbins and Ziz Ziegler. You too, must get your strength from those of us who have a vision and know what can be accomplished in this industry. Remember, ONLY YOU CAN STOP YOU!
