It is 12 degrees outside, but not having to go out in it is already one reason for me to work out of my home. I know, the Canadian and northern U.S. subscribers are going to call me a "wimp" because I don't really know what "cold" is. Michelle, one of my subscribers from North Dakota, tells me of her having to go in 60 to 70 BELOW ZERO degree wind chill and high snow drifts to take care of her llamas. I can't even imagine! Anyway, Michelle has a passion to want to move south . .at least three states at-a-time so she can enjoy 12 degree winter temperatures . And then there is my good friend, Diane, in Tampa, Florida who also goes out to 60 -70 degree weather (ABOVE ZERO), however Michelle and Diane have something in common . . . they want to be their own boss and not be bound to J.O.B. or weather. I tell people they can work out of their home and still wear a three piece suit . . .be it genes, T-shirt and a hat. With modern technology, it is, indeed, possible for you to work out of your home and to see your kids off to school rather than their seeing you off to work. There is one simple qualifier. Does your present job offer you an opportunity to become financially independent by working out of your home? Heck, does your present job offer you the opportunity to become financially independent NOT working out of your home? Now you see why so many people turn to network marketing as their hope for escaping whatever bondage they are bound by. This is a reminder that the Master Networker series is purposely set up for the beginning networker or for those considering networking or even for networkers who have yet to be successful in networking. This means that The Master Networker series covers basic networking principles with the purpose of developing a firm foundation for networking. "The Master Networker" will be void of information that will thrust you to a $90,000 income within 90 days or a $15,000 monthly income without doing any work. Why? Because that isn't how networking works. I've been in networking for twelve years, and I have yet to meet anyone who has obtained networking riches without working for it . . .especially $90,000 in ninety days. This series is about the real world of networking. ********************************************************************** NETWORK MARKETING: A TIME-TESTED WAY TO MAKE MONEY WORKING SMARTER RATHER THAN HARDER . . . . . . is a time-tested way of making money that is based on the same principle as alot of people working in a factory, each doing a little and earning alot for the factory. Factory workers not only work together to make money for themselves, but also to make more money for their employer; or, in the case of a business, they make money for the person who introduced them to the business. It's all a matter of alot of people doing a little, rather than just a few people trying to do alot. It does not mean that you do not have to work hard. It actually means just the opposite, because you do have to work hard. It's just that you DO NOT HAVE TO DO THE WORK OF HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ALL BY YOURSELF. I think of it as "fun" work. I think of it as "play", but with a serious committed attitude. In the business world, it's called, "people helping people" or "working smarter rather than harder." It is all made possible through what is known as network marketing. It is an ideal opportunity for people who like people and who want to make friends. OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS What you do now to make things happen in the way of developing your financial security could decide your future. It's called work. If you don't change your direction, you'll wind up where you're headed and you know only too well where that is. There are enough things in life that happen to you . . . events that are beyond your control; however, you now have the opportunity to change all that. You can do something - and you mst do something to make things happen for you. STAY IN CHARGE OF YOUR LIFE Improve yourself even if you don't have to, and you will control your own destiny. You have an obligation to yourself and to your family to face the challenge by creating your own success. Don't be afraid of challenges. Realize that challenge involves risk, and embrace it. It's easy to hide behind excuses. Do what it takes to become a winner and you will be a better person because of it. Motivate other people to contribute to your success. Teamwork is great . . .especially when it takes you to the TOP! Pyramid thinking places basic needs at the bottom and builds to no-limit living at the top. The most important thing we can do to provide for ourselves and our children that will make a difference, is to have a true sense of pupose or a goal with the desire and determination to achieve that goal and then duplicate, through someone else, what we have already achieved. The way to achieve even greater success than you already may have right now is by becoming an achiever by rubbing shoulders with the best and see how success breeds success and see how even greater success will rub off on you. Accept the challenge so that you may feel the exhilaration of victory. Just remember that whenever something sounds too easy, it may very well turn out that there was one part that you didn't hear and that was the part that mentioned work. ============================================= Never wish for anything that you aren't willing to work for. If you are really serious about success, find yourself a ROLE MODEL - a person who has already attained the success that you want - and then follow their lead. Take the time to find out what they did and then do exactly the same thing. Duplicate their efforts exactly to a tee and you will guarantee yourself success. Don't stop or hesitate a minute. Don't miss a beat. One of the most important things that you must learn in any endeavor, is that you must make things happen and you must make them happen as fast as possible. Businesses don't fail people - people fail themselves because they fail to learn early on the who, what, why, when, where and how of doing business and then immediately going out and doing whatever it takes to get the job done to make themselves successful. I'm sure you have heard the phrase "People don't plan to fail, they fail to plan." You need a goal and a strategy (a plan of action) to get you there. A RESIDUAL-INCOME BUSINESS Investors, inventors, writers, actors, band leaders and insurance salespeople have known about residual incomes for years. Basically, a residual income is one that allows you to earn from your initial efforts eventhough you may no longer directly be involved on a day-to-day basis. It's like the royalties a singer receives on an album which continues to sell and thereby produces a continual income. This is the kind of income network marketing offers. The best part is that you don't have to show up every day to continue to earn those commission. I like the phrase, "earn money, even as you sleep!" It sure beats punching a time clock! Do whatever it takes to make a profit. Make that extra effort. Go that extra mile. Make that impossible dream come true. Others have done it and still others are doing it and so can you.
