Thanks to the networking industry, I was almost forced to take a look at supplementation because before hand, I was uninterested and lacked the knowledge in that area. Today's article is about how network marketing forced me to learn more about nutritional supplementation and my own personal views on "health insurance" vs "medical insurance." ><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> This is a reminder that the Master Networker series is purposely set up for the beginning networker or for those considering networking or even for networkers who have yet to be successful in networking. This means that The Master Networker series covers basic networking principles with the purpose of developing a firm foundation for networking. "The Master Networker" will be void of information that will thrust you to a $90,000 income within 90 days or a $15,000 monthly income without doing any work. Why? Because that isn't how networking works. I've been in networking for thirteen years, and I have yet to meet anyone who has obtained networking riches without working for it . . .especially $90,000 in ninety days. This series is about the real world of networking. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> T H E A R T O F B U I L D I N G A B U S I N E S S T H E T W E N T Y - F I V E Y E A R R I P - O F F! If you are considering the Networking industry or if you have started researching companies in the network industry, you will find (if you haven't already) certain lines of products are marketed over and over by different companies. The most common products are nutritional supplements, long distance service, virtual office services, Internet/Web tools, publications, personal care items, and business lead generating services. I'm sure there are others, but those first came to my mind. Most companies choose one or two lines that are similar and build their business around them. For instance, you might have a company that is known for their nutritional supplements that also has a line of skin care and other personal items. You might have a company that specializes in long distance service and also has a virtual office line of products. So why the above kinds of products? There are two main reasons: (1) Readidly consumable; (2) in-expensive to manufacture. Since network marketing companies are in the business to distribute products and since the distribution of products generate commissions, then companies want products that can be ordered on a monthly basis over and over. Nutritional products are highly consumable as are the other products/services mentioned above. My article today is about my own beliefs as I changed position from thinking I didn't need nutritional supplements to they might keep me out of the hospital. This shift in position has come from listening to many tapes by both nutritionists and medical doctors who believe in food supplementation. Based on what I have read and listened to, I've concluded that we have been part of a twenty-five year rip-off and it is still going on. Here's my article . . ."The Twenty-Five Year Rip-off! THE TWENTY-FIVE YEAR RIP-OFF! I'VE BEEN WATCHING A TWENTY-FIVE YEAR RIP-OFF KILL US ONE BY ONE RIGHT BEFORE OUR EYES . . . DON'T YOU THINK IT'S TIME WE WARN OUR CHILDREN SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO THEM ALSO? DON'T YOU THINK IT'S TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? I've been watching something happen over the past twenty-five years and it's happened so slowly we didn't know it was going on. Now it's being exposed and there are people trying to do something about it if it's not too late. Well, it's certainly not too late to warn our children and maybe it's not to late for ourselves if we act now. I'm talking about an emphasis on health insurance now . . . after twenty-five years of they're getting us where they want us! Who is "they're" and what have "they" been doing? I won't go as far as saying it is a conspiracy, but certain events have taken place over the years . . . events that have been the result of special interest groups leading us to our own premature deaths . . . A horrible DEATH BY DEFAULT! Well, they may call it HEALTH INSURANCE, but it's NOT! It's MEDICAL INSURANCE and they are right; we can't do without out. You see "they've" got us where they want us. Because many of us have let our bodies weaken to the point we can't even fight off simple colds anymore. What do we do? We go to the doctor and he prescribes medication to treat a specific problem and in the process it's weakening our bodies even further. Sure it treats the symptom, but what about the rest of your body? We're being sent to the hospital and are given a temporary fix for a specific problem, but our bodies are being weakened in the process. When you read the rest of this report, you will better understand what has happened and why it is happening. WHAT WE NEED IS HEALTH INSURANCE, but not the kind we are lead to believe we need. Health insurance comes in the form of appropriate supplementation so your body is strong enough to fight off the need for medical insurance. Have you ever heard this . . . "Oh, I get my vitamins from the local drug store or local discount store . . . I'm getting what I need (it says so on the label) and it's at inexpensive prices. You think so? Let me ask you some questions! Do you know who makes those vitamins you are getting at drug stores and discount stores? I'll tell you! Pharmaceutical companies! Do you know what the "money-making" products pharmaceuticals sells? Right, drugs! Do you think pharmaceutical companies have more interest in you if you are healthy or if you are sick? Look at those people who are sick. Who do they go to? Sure, Doctors and pharmacists! What are doctors trained to do? Repair what might be wrong? Right! And what usually happens when the doctor finds something wrong with your body? Yes, a trip to the hospital or prescriptions for drugs or both. And do you think that prescription and/or stay in the hospital strengthens your overall immune system? No, probably not as it just temporarily fixes what might be wrong. Who has a financial interest in what doctors prescribe for their patients? You think it might be pharmaceutical companies? Who educates doctors regarding what is available with regards to drugs? Right . . . pharmaceutical companies! So, why would you think you are getting what you need for a healthy body from a drug store or discount store? Who is responsible for the health of one's own body and the prevention of disease? Could it be that we are responsible for the health of our own bodies? Is that a unique idea? Do you know what a person can do to get their own health insurance? Do you think it might be in a person's best interest to become knowledgeable and aware of proper nutrition and supplementation? First of all, we must take responsibility for the health of our own bodies. We've been made to think that it is the responsibility of the government . . .government subsidized plans . . Medicare/Medicaid. We can't live with it . . .we can't live without it. They've got us where they want us! Yes! You most certainly need medical insurance, but you must get your own health insurance. Purchasing inexpensive supplements from the drug store is NOT the answer. It isn't the same. There are many factors to proper nutrition and supplementation and it revolves around absorbability and synergism. It's not what you eat, but what you absorb! Certain nutrients require other nutrients to work synergistically with others to allow maximum absorption or nutrients will go right through your body without necessary absorption. We must take control now! We must be responsible for our own bodies! We must have health insurance and we must become knowledgeable about the kind of health insurance we need. We must not stop there. We must educate our children for if we don't, the threatening environment and the rushed lifestyle of the 21st century will most certainly cause them to die a death of default . . . before their time. I'm not proposing that we all become nutritionists. What I am proposing is that we put our faith in those who are experts in nutrition and allow them to show us the way . . . show us the products and allow us to understand what we need for our own health insurance. Although I have a special allegiance to a company that has provided wellness for people for over 100 years, my main thrust is to make you aware of what may be happening to you and the people around you. I feel it is my duty to educate others to the best of my ability and give them the opportunity to do something about this national crisis.
