This means that The Master Networker series covers basic networking principles with the purpose of developing a firm foundation for networking. "The Master Networker" will be void of information that will thrust you to a $90,000 income within 90 days or a $15,000 monthly income without doing any work. Why? Because that isn't how networking works. I've been in networking for thirteen years, and I have yet to meet anyone who has obtained networking riches without working for it . . .especially $90,000 in ninety days. This series is about the real world of networking. <><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><> T H E M A K I N G O F N E T W O R K M A R K E T I N G THE ABOVE-AVERAGE ADVANTAGE! Network marketing has a built-in triple-A rating factor of its own that is so overwhelming it is almost too good to be true. It's called the ABOVE-AVERAGE ADVANTAGE. It's an advantage that is inherently created through the very principle upon which it is founded - the principle of "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." Out of that basic concept of people helping people emerged the system of network marketing and the group experience that is also known as teamwork. It is teamwork that promotes a working relationship between both individuals and groups of individuals. It is teamwork that provides a working relationship with all of the advantages of a partnership; however, it avoids most of the legal hassles and problems that are often created by having formed a partnership that, for one reason or another, may not last. Teamwork creates a situation whereby you actually work alone, yet you also work with and cooperate with others at the same time. It also has all the advantages of a large corporation, but with a very few of its problems. It has the ability to survive when all else fails. It is this kind of teamwork that provides the above-average advantage that is synonymous with network marketing. After all, companies don't succeed; people succeed. One of the basic truths of teamwork is sharing - sharing a common mission, daily experiences and tasks, as well as results. ===================== People working together . . . building, linking, sharing, helping, encouraging . . . can accomplish anything. By uniting our efforts, we can reach a higher goal. The incredible strength in the combined efforts of many can accomplish a common goal. -Anon- =========================== Take the collective talents of many individuals, plus the combined creativity of hundreds of individuals, and wonders will never cease to exist. As with a team, together everyone achieves more. Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision; the ability to direct individual accomplishment toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results. Simply stated, it is less "me" and more "we." If everyone is moving forward together, then the success takes care of itself. STRATEGIES FOR SURVIVAL Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, and working together is success. Be prepared to do whatever it takes. Win with teamwork. Teams can do what individuals cannot do. Expect to win, and continue until you have won the battle for survival. Along with teamwork, the primary strategies for survival are quality, service, and the quest for excellence. In the competitive climate of today's smorgasboard of business opportunities, one must make detailed plans and take aggressive steps to get into business and to stay in business. The more plans that are made while anticipating business, the more prepared you will be to face the actual problems of doing business. Doing business is, in fact, the act of being independent . . . dependent upon no one but yourself; no bosses, no partners, no one to blame but yourself. Whether you are after a little extra part-time income or are striving for financial security and financial independence, it can be achieved through network marketing, by preparing yourself for the inevitable, and by being prepared to become a creator and an achiever. THE BIG "A" IS ATTITUDE! Attitude is a little thing that makes a BIG difference. A new attitude will invariably create a new result, and being positive will create positive results. Enthusiasm is the impelling force necessary to climb the ladder of success. An attitude that says, "if it is to be, it is up to me," will go a long way toward ensuring your success. Role models for courage in life never, never quit. Those who believe that life's battles don't always go to the strongest or fastest, but to those who have the courage to fight on against all odds, shall be the survivors. Success equals goals, attitudes, and achievements. "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." Achievers fulfill dreams and motivate others. Attitudes are contagious. Is yours worth catching? THE QUEST FOR EXCELLENCE! In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity. ========================= The spirit, the will to win, and the will to excell are things that endure. These qualities are so much more important than the events that occur. Give those who make the difference a tool to help them do more of what they do best - provide better products, exceed customer expectations or unite individual efforts. Quality is meeting the customer's requirements at all times and striving to exceed them whenever possible. Every job should be a self-portrait of the person who did it. Many times, the difference in failure and success is doing something nearly right or doing it exactly right. Autograph your work with quality. Quality only happens when you care enough to do your best. ================= Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it repre- sents the wise choice of many alternatives. Perfection is your goal and excellence will be tolerated. HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE Quality service means paying attention to details: Sweat and small stuff. Quality products and quality service begin with quality thinking. Always give your customers/members more than they expect to get. It takes months to find a customer/member and only seconds to lose one. Rule # 1 - if we don't take care of our customers/members, somebody else will. The race for quality has no finish line. The Quality Creed: "We shall strive to achiev excellence in all endeavors. We shall set our goals to achieve total customer satisfaction and to deliver defect-free premium value products on time, with service second to none." When we take care of our customers/members, we take care of ourselves. Customer/member complaints are the schoolbooks from which we learn. You downline organization in network marketing is made up of hundreds of members/customers. Communicate with them and remind them of your strong commitment to helping them. Put yourself in the customers/member's places and remember to respect, treat and help them with the same manner in which you would like them to respect, treat and help you. It costs six times more to attract a new member than it does to help an old one. Of those members who quit, 68% do so because of an attitude of indifference by either the company or their upline sponsors, or both. THE VERBAL ADVANTAGE In network marketing, you have the opportunity to excel by using your self-made powers of communication. The communication skills that you have developed over the years may very well provide you with the ability to inspire and lead others whose communication skills may be at a disadvantage. The main reason that is most often given why many people do not get hired for jobs that they may otherwise be qualified for is the lack of communication skills. Accept the challange that network marketing offers so that you may some day feel the exhilaration of victory. Begin today to build a network marketing business of your own so that tomorrow you may be able to reap the very rewarding benefits of a residual income. Eventual retirement is a time when you may need it the most. Everything worthwhile takes time. "Patience and persistence prevail when all else seems to fail." Here again, the amount of patience and persistence that you have could very well depend on your attitude. So please remember, "The pleasure you get from you life is equal to the attitude you put into it." NETWORK MARKETING BY DESIGN Out of the thousands of income opportunities that are availabel to choose from, make no mistake, they are all business opportunities as opposed to job opportunities. There are no businesses that involve piecework. A business opportunity always requires self discipline, determination, and a think-poistive atitude.
