           HOW TO GET YOUR UPLINE IN YOUR DOWNLINE

Have you ever thought about the possibility of having your upline
in your downline . . .especially if your upline is a leader and
a dynamic business builder?          

Although that can't happen in your current business, it could be
possible in the next one.

As I've mentioned before, 80% of the start-up companies go out of
business within two years and only 20% of those that remain make
it to five years.  So, if you are involved in a rather new company,
there is the possibility it will go out of business and your upline
will, again be seeking the right opportunity for him.

Being able to sponsor a leader type person doesn't just happen.  It
is not as simple as emailing or postal mailing him an offer.  In
fact, if he doesn't know you, there is a very good chance that he
won't even notice your offer.  Basically, what I'm trying to say is
leaders tend to sponsor leaders.

What this means for you is that you need to seize the opportunity
in your current program to establish yourself as a leader in your
upline's organization.  Make sure he knows who you are and make 
sure you keep in constant contact with him.  Also what will impress
him is your abilities for building a business and certainly the 
effort you put into such.  In the process of building your business,
develop a strong positive relationship with the upline leaders.

The answer is NOT to send business offers to your upline while he
is still working the business you are both in.  That will do more
damage than good.  It will send a message that you are not focused
and would basically turn your upline off to what you are doing.  
However, the time may be right a few months from now if the company
goes out of business . . . or don't discount the possibility that
your upline could change gears at some point in time depending on a
variety of factors.

Also . . .with regards to your upline . . .don't limit upline contact
to only your immediate sponsor.  Find out who is sponsor is and his
sponsor and so on so you can keep in contact with them as well.

By communicating with your upline regarding what you are doing in
your business and by giving them a progress report on a timely basis
along with any suggestions you might have, you are establishing a
new key connection.  Who knows, the time might just come when you 
will sponsor your upline into your downline!  Start working on that
today!
